Warm-Up:
Stretching
Run in place for 1 minute
Skip for one minute

1) 500m Jog
2) 100 Jumping Jacks
3) 3 minute march in place

4) 500m Jog
5) 20 Thrust Front Kicks per side, 20 Side Kicks per side, 20 Normal Front Kicks per side, 2o downward thrust kicks per side, 20 back kicks
6) 3 minute march in place

Cool Down:
Stretch

Leg Workout:

Squats: Double step-up, step down, squat with 10kg bag on shoulders
4 sets of 25 reps

Walking Lunges: Walking lunges with 5kg in each hand
5 sets of 20 reps

Leg Curl:
4 sets of 10 reps

Calf Raises:
3 sets of 20 reps

Hamstring Pulls: With 16kg Kettlebell
3 sets of 20 reps
